Health Furniture Concepts offers FREE FREIGHT delivery on all orders over $99, shipped standard ground within the continental USA.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Some shipping methods have their own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Two Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and accepted by 11:00 A.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
48 Contiguous United States
All items ship for FREE to the 48 contiguous United States via a Standard Ground Service. Your order will be delivered to your Home front door or driveway. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-10 full business days.
Two Day or Overnight Delivery Service
Most Small items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day or Overnight service. In order for your order to be processed for this expedite service, you must place the order over the Phone before 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery (Premium Freight Delivery), normally 7-14 business days
White Glove delivery is available for some Oversized Items. If this option is available it will be noted on the Product Detail page and during checkout. White Glove delivery charges vary according to individual products and exact charges will be noted during your checkout process.
White Glove delivery is only available for High End Electric Wheelchairs. All other products, such as Beds, Scooters and Lift chairs are only delivered to your door. The customer is responsible for de-boxing the products and setting them up. This is a simple process, and we can guide you through this over the phone.
Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada
Most items may be shipped to PR, AK, HI or Canada for an additional surcharge. You will be provided over the phone or by email with a freight quote. The total shipping cost of your order is based on the weight of the total order and delivery service.
P.O. Boxes / Military APO / FPO Addresses
We regret that we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses at this time. We deliver most of our orders via UPS, FedEx or Freight Companies, which at this time do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s.
Expected Delivery Time
Please note that expected delivery times will appear on your sales receipt. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address.
Please note that once an order has been placed for a Mobility Product, you will get charged a 25% cancellation charge if you decide to cancel the order. If the order has already left our warehouse, you will be charged a 50% cancellation charge to recall the product.

PRODUCTS YOU CAN NOT RETURN
Any products that are hygiene related are unable to be returned. These products have been sold with minimal margins, and hence, there is no room left to accept returns.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Health Furniture Concepts.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply.
Returnable products require a restocking fee and this will be determined as below.
- Scooters: 10% restocking fee
- Power Chairs, Auto Lifts & Ramps: 15% restocking fee
- Lift Chairs & Manual Wheelchairs: 20% restocking fee
- All other items: 15% restocking fee
The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- You must include the original packing slip or your sales receipt. Be certain to save copies for your records.
- Your returned item must be in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.
Non-returnable items include:
- Bath and Safety Products
- Personal or Hygiene Products
- Batteries, Chargers or Electrical components
- Used equipment
- Special/custom orders
- Stair lifts and elevators
- Replacement Parts
