Are your products covered by my insurance or Medicare?

Some items are subject to Medicare coverage, however we do not participate in the Competitive Bidding process so far. Please contact us for further information.

What is included in the price?

We are aware that our prices might be higher that of other providers, however, there is a reason for that. After your purchase, we offer you warranty period, return possibility and support. You won’t be left on your own with your product. Also, before buying, you are welcome to visit us and try out scooters, lift chairs and power chairs. We are here for you and we care about our customers. Providing scooters at a low price but without the ability to return it or request repair – that’s not our policy. We know that it’s an important purchase for you, that’s why we give you the opportunity to test it, rent it, and once you buy it – you will obtain post-purchase support.
